Swing Time Big Band brings to life the music of Count Basie, Tommy Dorsey, Duke Ellington,  Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller and many other Masters of the Big Band era sounds of the 30’s and 40’s. Our musical library also includes tunes of the 50’s and 60’s. Our band consists of sixteen to eighteen energetic and seasoned musicians with a vocalist.   Combining our unique blend of musicians, along with our wide library of Big Band arrangements, we provide dance able rhythms that will compliment your event. Some of our playing engagements include: Ft Myers Officers Club, VA.  Marriott and Omni Hotels in Washington DC, Lion’s Clubs,  The Big Band Society,  Bodkin Yacht Club, Mardi Gras Dance at the Holiday Inn Frederick, The Kensington, Gaithersburg and Laurel Historical Gala and dinner dance, Old Town Day for the City of Gaithersburg, and In The Streets, Frederick, MD.
